The Associated Research 4030B is a basic unit designed to be used by a skilled technician, experienced in high voltage withstand testing. The 4030B tests from 0 – 4000 VAC. The tester has a two range kilovoltmeter and three range microammeter, 0-50/500/5000 microamps. A collapsing transformer automatically lowers the output voltage as current is limited to approximately 15 mA.Th output is continuously adjustable from zero to maximum voltage setting.
